Key Responsibilities: Build and manage relationships with distributors, agents (specifically those in the HVAC and refrigeration industry), consultants (with expertise in HVAC technologies), contractors and end users. Drive sales growth through strategic market penetration and partnerships. Provide accurate forecasts and achieve sales targets. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in HVAC/refrigeration sales. Experience working within a fast-moving and dynamic environment. Strong knowledge of HVAC technologies and sales channels such as Heating & Air conditioning (consultants and contractors). Someone with experience selling HVAC solutions in the data centre industry would be advantageous but optional. Ambitious, results-orientated, but also a team player able to work in and with a team.
